Student Prom Ticket - June 4 - Venu Event Space
The Prom Committee is working hard to finalize details for the return of WCI’s Annual Prom. After consultation with the graduating class, we are pleased to share the following information regarding this year’s prom.
Location: Venu Event Space
Address: 2800 Highway 7, Vaughan
Date: Thursday, June 4, 2026
Registration: 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm (Doors close promptly at 7:15 sharp)
End time: 10:30 pm (All students must be picked up by 11:00 pm)
This year’s event will be a dinner and dance, as requested by the student body. As the Prom is a school-sponsored event, the school's code of conduct and all York Region District School Board’s policies and procedures are in effect during the Prom.
Grade 12 Graduating Students
DEADLINE: All prom fees must be paid through Cash On-line as of 3:30 pm on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026.
LIMIT: 1 ticket per grade 12 student.
Completed Prom permission forms must be returned and approved by administration in order to attend Prom. Prom permission forms are found on the Westmount CI Blog. Please ensure to complete the food allergies section of the form, or we cannot guarantee you will be accommodated. If your paperwork is not approved, you will receive a refund.
