       360°kids “Let’s Chat!” Virtual Walk-in Clinic  

  • A Brief Virtual Counselling Service available to all young people, ages 13-26 years old who reside in York Region, who need help navigating a variety of social, emotional and mental health challenges.
    • Youth Mental Health and Addictions Group (Online)
      This interactive, professionally facilitated peer-support group offers a space for youth to discuss mental health and substance use, learn practical strategies, and build confidence and connection.
    • One-on-One Virtual Counselling for Youth
      Confidential online counselling sessions tailored to each youth’s unique needs, offering a supportive, non-judgmental space to talk and receive guidance.
    • While the programs are designed for youth ages 14 to 18, we are able to accommodate participants outside this range when appropriate. Flexible counselling times can also be arranged to meet individual needs.

Catholic Community Services of York Region (CCSYR) is pleased to share two free mental health and wellness programs for youth that support young people experiencing challenges such as stress, anxiety, and substance use. 

  • Program Update! CAMH Youth-VAST (Vaping, Alcohol, Substance Use and Technology) Dependence Program
    • Canada’s first personalized youth addiction program that provides team-based care to address many types of addiction. The program is free and available to residents of Ontario between the ages of 12 and 21.
    • Operations will end on March 31, 2026. To support this operational closure, the last new patient enrollment date for the Youth-VAST Dependence Program is January 26, 2026 - though patients will continue receive care through the program until March 31, 2026.
