The Quash app is a free smoking and vaping cessation app for youth and emerging adults (ages 14-30), that makes it easy to build a custom plan for quitting.
Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) is an Integrated Youth Services (IYS) initiative designed to address the service gaps in the youth mental health and substance use sectors in Ontario.
Across Ontario, there are 27 YWHO Hub Networks that provide high-quality integrated youth services to support the well-being of young people aged 12 to 25, including mental health and substance use supports, primary health care, community and social supports, and more.

The Newmarket African Caribbean Canadian Association (NACCA) is delivering an eight weeks Africentric mental wellness workshop series for Black youth up to grade 12 who reside in York Region. The program will be delivered online. All sessions will be supported by a mental health clinician.
Running from October 7, 2025, to June 17, 2026, workshops take place every Thursday—from 6–7 PM for children 12 and under and 7–8 PM for youth ages 13-18.

Parent/Caregiver Workshop Supporting Students of Chinese Heritage
The YRDSB Community Care Team School Social Worker supporting the Chinese Heritage Community is pleased to offer this virtual event for parents and caregivers, aimed at fostering connection, supporting mental health, and promoting healing.
The session is offered for any parent/guardian of students of Chinese Heritage. Parents, caregivers and students are invited to join this workshop and engage in meaningful conversations that will help students thrive at school. Tips on ways to help strengthen family relationships and emotional well-being will be shared. This will be a free virtual event.

The Parent and Caregiver Collaboration Group (PCCG) is a volunteer group of parents and caregivers from across the province working alongside School Mental Health Ontario (SMH-ON) to:
- share their ideas to inform resources and tools that support Ontario school boards to enhance student mental health and well-being
- offer ideas on how to best reach and support parents and caregivers in the province with good evidence-informed information about mental health and well-being
- amplify underrepresented voices of parents and caregivers to inform the work we do in creating identity-affirming resources and supports
